Don't move a muscle.

My entire body aches. I mean, it hurts to move. My shoulders hurt, my legs hurts, my arms hurt. I want to cry out in agony when Gwennie wants to be held. I want to moan in pain because I had to lift my arms over my head.

And yet, I will be back at the yoga class that caused this pain tomorrow. If I can even get out of bed.

oh dear, i didn't realize it was that bad! you shouldn't be in that much pain. what kind of yoga are you doing?

LOL< Yes, it hurts that bad. Because these were muscles that I hadn't stretched out or used in probably 6 months. Or maybe I am just a whiner.

I think that I will go a little easier today, but it really did feel so very good at the time.

Your Uncle John would say "it will feel better when it quits hurting" He has me doing p90x and spending time on the treadclimber - week 1 was horrid but this week i'm feeling much better and actually want to be exercising. Love to get on the treadclimber and walk or job until the sweat is just dripping off - got to melt those pounds somehow.
