desert rats

i just realized that today its been 7 weeks that Will has been gone! whoohoo, only 2 more. (not whoohoo that he's been gone.... that sounds bad. since i miss him dreadfully!)
last night i don't remember a single dream from. But i froze all night! YIPPEE!! I opened all of the windows in my bedroom (3 of them!) and left the a/c off. i am so glad its finally started cooling off at night. i don't mind the long summers but i love to wear my hoody at night at least! i figure it was like 74 in our room. for a desert rat that is pretty cool. i adapt well and if we ever move to a cooler state i will be fine.
i know Will will be great. He was built to withstand Alaska type temperatures! He says its because he's Scottish and has "Scottish leggings" (meaning really hair legs!) I however don't have really hairy legs- no matter what he says! during the winter from Oct- March i usually don't shave at all. I know my legs don't get super hairy and I sort of like the hippy look. I suppose that i would have excelled as a hippy, i can handle not shaving and seldom bathing. i like showers, but.... and i also love the idea of peace and love. really its a beautiful idea. i could get into NO shoes, too. dread locks.....

oh, i do remember my dream from last night- i cut my hair off. like only 3 inches long.
ok, in the late 90s i shaved my head all of the time. i just didn't want to mess w/ hair. so i kept it super short and dyed it alot. pink was my favorite and plum- oh a pretty color!!! so then around when i got pg the first time (m/c in March 2000) i decided to shave it one last time and let it grow in my natural color. Its now pretty long and i must confess NOT my natural color although a much more NATURAL shade and CLOSE to my natural color. I am trying to let it grow for a few more years, I want LOOOOOONG hair, like past my boobs. i have never had my hair that long, its close to its longest length ever now. 3-4 inches past my shoulders.
