Yesterday's mad and cheese was far too eggy. I think if you stirred it at some point and the egg mix was better incorporated it would be more like mac and cheese. But 4 of 5 of us liked it.
Today is Chicken Curry in a Hurry from Slow Cooker Revolution. I didn't have the minute tapioca it called for to thicken up the sauce. I used some corn starch but it is rather strange. Smells great, and hopefully the kids like it.
