What is up with my kids? Seriously they fight all of the time. I tell them we will do something fun, like bake some cookies, but first we need to pick up the toys and pack our clothes for a trip. What happens? Gwennie touches something of Rhayn's and then Rhayn starts yell "PLEASE! STOP!" which make Gwennie scream (I mean one of those blood curdling, horror movie screams.) Then I yell at both of them. Then they yell back at me. So I yell louder.
It always ends with Rhayn yelling "Noone likes me! Everyone hates me!" (Guess I'll go eat worms. On a side note, she told me she ate a worm at school and it tasted like nothing.)
This is the stress in my life. I never get away from it for very long. I haven't found a good tension releaser. So lately I feel overwhelmed and stressed. I know that 80 percent of it is that Christmas is coming up. Really it causes me so much anxiety, and for what? The girls will enjoy whatever we do. If I relaxed than I would enjoy this all so much more.

Sounds just like what goes on in our house 80% of the time. It is so exhausting, except that at least I get a break sometimes. You know I am always here if you ever need a break!
The joys of motherhood..
haha, love the ones you added to my list.. especially the "wiping the nose" one.. I actually just did that! haha! Shame shame..
Ahh... if only relaxing were as easy as saying we need to. I'd be one chill mama if that were true. Hope you make it through the 10 more days with some sanity intact.
Sounds familiar. I think the only one in my house that doesn't yell on a daily basis is my hubbie. (And sometimes I wish he would!)
I can totally relate, except for the fact that I do get a break now and then. Could anyone take the girls for a weekly play date or something so that you could get some time off?
