Birthday Plans

What a week it has been so far. With both Rhayn and I being ill Sunday and Monday were dreadful. Tuesday I felt pretty good. I got so much done that day. I took everything out of my pantry and threw a few things away, and rearranged the food. Hopefully it makes more sense now. At least I can see everything clearly and the cereal is low enough for Rhayn to get it without scaling the shelves.

Last night I could not sleep. I lay in bed for almost three hours thinking and worrying and tossing and turning. I just felt overwhelmed by life. I felt lonely and really missing Will last night. I almost turned the computer back on to have someone to talk to. I decided that if I actually did that it would take even longer to fall asleep and I needed to be somewhat awake for my Spanish test this morning.

Tomorrow is the lantern walk at Rhayn's school. I am trying to decide if I want to just skip out on it. It is always a lovely event, but I want to go to my parents house that night and not the next morning. You see Saturday is my birthday, and I am going out, sans children, for the day with my lovely cousin, Hairball. We have a few plans and hopefully we don't end up at the naughty shop (we need to save that for HER birthday.) Our main goal is to watch Twilight (preferably at Harkins where you can get either a free movie OR a free popcorn, conflicting information on the internet. Since Twilight just came out, that might make it cost, but hopefully I can get a free popcorn, and remember my $1 soda cup) and eat sushi. Not necessarily in that order, though. I am looking at other things I can do or get for free. I just printed my coupon for free ice cream at Cold Stone.

I hate to think of you all lonely like that :( You know I am here if you ever need anything.

I hope you have a fantastic birthday, you so deserve to!

I too cleared out our pantry yesterday and was amazed by what I found. We had waaay more food than I thought we had tucked away in there.

I hope you are feeling a bit better and (getting caught up on sleep) now that the weekend is here.

Have a great birthday. And a happy Thanksgiving!

[We are heading out of town so it will be awhile before I see that little dolly. But I'll be sure to let you know when we get her. I'll probably end up blogging about it. : )]
