I think popping the tylenol/ibuprofen combo last night kept my migraine at bay. I could feel twinges of it, but it never hit me full on.
Today I finally harvested some fruit from my garden. I know that they are not the prettiest tomatoes ever, but they were grown by me, in my backyard. And that made them sweeter than store bought tomatoes any day. They were also perfect for this recipe (which doesn't call for tomatoes, but needed them, in my opinion.)
I also baked a peach pie this evening. Yummy. I love baking pies. Peach pies are not my favorite to bake because they always come out soupy, however they are a hit with the family.

Your lattice-work is fantastic. I'm jealous. I've never even attempted to make a pie. They scare me.
Yum! I love homegrown food, tomatoes are the best. And that pie looks delicious. I'll be making a cherry one next week, wish me luck that it turns out as nice as yours.
Can you come help me with my garden, and, oh yeah, pie baking? I am so undomesticated.
