This comic is the best! I read it every day, well check it every day for new comics.
Someone sent me the link when I was first pregnant with Buggie. I looked, and read everything I could soaking it up like a sponge. I am not an "unschooler" like she is, but I totally get it all. I love the ideas she has and the artful way she portrays them. She is my mentor, doing what she is passionate about while being able to stay at home with her lovely children.
I want to be able to do something, make something or in some way bring in some money while begin able to stay home and be with my kids. Or when they start school be here if they are sick, be here if there is a field trip they need chaperones for. To be the mom that can go and get her child at the drop of a hat.
I can't imagine having to work while they are tiny. I know sometimes it is not possible to be home, and I understand that. I am lucky, I know that, too. We have talked about me working, and me not working. This is what is best for our children right now.
I have a million other things to say, but once again... I should be doing homework. Will has to work this morning, to actually drive the 26 miles to work for about 3 hours and drive home. What a pain jobs are. Someday he would like to be self sufficient, and work at home. But that is someday...
