You know, I avoid topics like politics. I avoid religious discussions. I keep my thoughts to myself on these things, because the good little Mormon girl inside me tells me to.
I am not going to go into what I am happy or sad for with the results. The people have spoken, and now its time to stand together as a nation, behind our new President elect. Its time to see what the next four years have in store for us. Because it will be hell, and it didn't matter who was elected because we the people of the United States of America have dug ourselves into a deep pit of debt and corruption. And now, we need to fill the hole and emerge victorious at the end.
(How is that for avoiding any actual topic? I will say that I am pleased with our presidential pick, but I also felt that McCain would have been a good president and I would have been pleased for him had he won.)

I second that!
You did a terrific job of dodging the actual topic. I have no clue who you might have voted for....and, I think that was your intention.
Well said!
Wow, that was well said!
