An slightly torn upside down Arizona flag outside of the Montana - what is right with this picture?
huh...where is this at? how could one not know it's upside down ...especially if it's one's job to put it up every day!
HAHA! SO funny AND disrespectful, huh? It is still upside down, three days later. Who knows how long its been like that. I am planning a short trip into the Apartment complex tomorrow to "complain." (if its still that way!)
oh yeah, they don't ever take them down... it has a light so the lazy folks at The Montana don't have to do anything.
